About the Facilitator,

I offer a space for individuals to reconnect with their bodies, their truth, and their natural way of being through Somatic Yoga, Kahuna Bodywork, and Men’s Circles.

My work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds our experiences, our stress, and our wisdom. Rather than forcing change, I guide people back into a relationship with themselves — where healing, strength, and clarity can arise naturally.

Somatic & Natural Movement Yoga is a gentle yet powerful practice that focuses on awareness over performance. It invites you to slow down, feel, and move in ways that restore fluidity, release tension, and rebuild trust in your body. This isn’t about perfect poses — it’s about coming home to yourself.

Kahuna Massage is a deeply nurturing and rhythmic form of bodywork that works on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Using flowing movements and breath, it helps release stored tension, open the heart, and bring the nervous system back into balance. It’s both grounding and expansive — often creating a sense of deep reset.

Men’s Circles offer a space for honest connection, reflection, and growth. In a world where many men feel disconnected or unsupported, these circles create an environment where you can be seen, heard, and challenged in a healthy way. Through conversation, breath, and shared experience, men are invited to step into greater presence, responsibility, and authenticity.

Together, these offerings support a more connected, embodied, and intentional way of living — where you’re not just getting through life, but actually feeling it.
