What's a Men's Circle?

A safe place to share challenges & parts of yourself typically unwelcomed by society.
Be heard, seen & accepted exactly where you are, as you are.
Be celebrated in your triumphs.
Be braced when you’re knocked down.
Be inspired by souls walking similar paths.

Why is it important?

Coming to a men's circle is a gest of care toward yourself (and your fellow brothers).
It affirms what’s in your heart matters & is worthy of ‘masculine’ presence.
A safe sanctuary to been seen in your shadow (shameful parts) that cannot be loved & held by our current culture.
It’s a place for healing & growth.
A low-cost path to ‘un-alone-ing’ yourself.

Confidentiality
What I say here is confidential.
Outside this group, I will not share another man’s words, actions or identity.
I will only speak of my own experience & insights.

Respect
I will arrive on time.
I will not talk over other men's sharings.
I will be mindful of sharing 'air time' among the group.

Honor
I will not attend the group while under the influence of any substance.
I am not here to give advice, I respect each man's pace & style of learning.
If I want advice or feedback, I will ask for it.
I will ask permission before offering feedback.

Integrity
I will aim to be present with the group for the duration of the circle.
I have power to pass my involvement at any time.
I will speak openly and truthfully in “I” statements (not “we” or “you” statements).
