Men of Canberra, you are invited to join this unique community of men embracing their transformation. This men's group will create space for you to embrace your growth, expand your awareness, shed outdated thoughts and behavioural patterns, foster connection with self and others and allow you to redefine and embrace your masculinity. Through the use of a transformational breathing technique called conscious-connected breathing (breathwork) and holistic psychotherapy, this men's group breathwork session will support you to:

access a deeper understanding of self and your experience of life;
quiet the thinking mind (mental chatter) and access the wisdom of the subconscious mind and body;
gain new information and clarity about life;
release old and outdated stories about yourself and how you are in this world;
let go of held or 'hidden' physical, emotional and mental patterns and stories;
bring your heart, body and mind into alignment; and
access a deeper understanding of your spirituality.

Transition Breath’s men’s groups are trauma-informed and apply holistic psychotherapy principles to every session. Holistic Breathwork is ideal for people experiencing mental health conditions such as chronic stress, anxiety and depression, processing trauma and wanting to find greater meaning in life.

This group breathwork session is held for anyone who identifies as a man. All levels of experience, all bodies, all types of sexuality and masculinity. This is a queer-friendly event.

Tickets
The exchange varies depending on your financial situation:

Full-fee ticket, $95 (those people with an expendable wage);
Mid-fee ticket, $75; and
Sponsored ticket, $55 (for when things are tight).

Breathwork is not suitable for: People with cardiovascular problems, pregnancy, some psychiatric conditions, psychosis, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness or epilepsy, severe hypertension or glaucoma.
