Men's group breathwork gathering

Gain new clarity and understanding of self, with Holistic Breathwork.

Men of Canberra, you are invited to join this unique men's group gathering. This men's group will create space for you to achieve your growth potential, expand your awareness, shed outdated thoughts and behavioural patterns, foster connection with self and others and allow you to redefine and embrace your masculinity. Through the use of an advanced breathing technique called conscious-connected breathing (breathwork) and holistic psychotherapy, this men's group breathwork session will support you to:

• access a deeper understanding of self and your experience of life; 
• quiet the thinking mind (mental chatter) and access the wisdom of the subconscious mind and body;
• gain new information and clarity about life;
• release old and outdated stories about yourself and how you are in this world;
• let go of held or 'hidden' physical, emotional and mental patterns and stories;
• bring your heart, body and mind into alignment; and
  
• access a deeper understanding of your spirituality.
  

Transition Breath’s men’s groups are trauma-informed and apply holistic psychotherapy principles to every session. Holistic Breathwork is ideal for people experiencing mental health conditions such as chronic stress, anxiety and depression, processing trauma and wanting to find greater meaning in life. 

This group breathwork session is held for anyone who identifies as a man. All levels of experience, all bodies, all types of sexuality and masculinity. This is a queer-friendly event.

•  6:00pm-8.30pm
• Transition Breath, Level 1, 16 Barker Street, Griffith Shops, Kamberri (Canberra)

To ensure adequate support to participants, each session has limited spaces available.

Tickets
The exchange varies depending on your financial situation:

• Full-fee ticket, $90 (those people with an expendable wage); and
• Sponsored ticket available ($50.00).

***Refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to the event (Humantix Booking fee is not refundable).

Breathwork is not suitable for: People with cardiovascular problems, pregnancy, some psychiatric conditions, psychosis, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness or epilepsy, severe hypertension or glaucoma.
