Men's Growth Room Facilitator Training in Dubbo

We’re building something important in Dubbo, and we’re looking for a few good men to be part of it.

Men’s Growth Rooms are simple but powerful. They’re safe, judgement-free spaces where men can show up, talk honestly about what’s going on, and support each other without pressure or expectation. No fixing. No lectures. Just real conversations.

Now, we’re expanding locally and need more facilitators to help run these rooms.

This free training will give you the skills, confidence, and support to step into that role. You’ll learn how Growth Rooms work, how to guide conversations, and what it takes to create a space where other men feel comfortable to open up.

You don’t need experience in mental health or counselling, just a willingness to listen, support others, and be part of something that genuinely makes a difference.
