Dr Lloyd Evans
Lloyd's route into a medical career started as his time as a soccer player with Cardiff City Football Club ended in 2007. Lloyd is a UK trained Doctor, qualifying in July 2014 from Cardiff University School of Medicine. He currently applies his trade as a GP across Western Australia and created MAN Health in 2023 to offer a bespoke service to men that is convenient, thorough and appealing. Lloyd recognised early in his career that men often require a personalised and alternative approach to their health and he has a passion to deliver this! As Lloyd’s time ended within the professional sporting environment, he quickly adapted to a huge change in direction becoming a young father, a medical student, a skeleton-bobsleigher, soccer coach and eventually a doctor by age 25! Beyond this, Lloyd has been blessed with a beautifully unique daughter who is now eight years-old and a one year-old son who is keeping him young and active, if not a little sleep deprived! Lloyd's clinical interests naturally include Men’s Health, Preventative Medicine and Metabolism & Weight Management, but he also has past experience in Sports Medicine having previously taken up the role of Medical Coordinator for Cardiff City FC during their time in the Premier League. When not working, he tries his best to spend as much time with his young family as possible and can be found on the sidelines of rugby pitches supporting his seventeen year-old son with his wife and two younger children in tow.
