Description

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming morning focused on healthy ageing for men aged 55+.

Drop in and connect with local services, guest speakers, and people in your community.

This half‑day hub is designed to be easy going and informal — stay for the full session or simply pop in. You’ll find a mix of short talks, practical information, and space to connect, learn, and reflect on what wellbeing looks like for you.

We’re pleased to welcome:

  • Professor Anne Tiedemann (Professor of Physical Activity and Health, University of Sydney)

  • Helen Hislop (Dementia Active Health Care Implementation Lead, Sydney Local Health District)

  • Professor David Smith (Daffodil Centre)

Together, they’ll share insights on staying active, independent, and well as we age.

Speaker line-up:

10:00am – Professor Anne Tiedemann

Fit for Purpose: Staying strong in older age for the things you love

11:00am – Professor David Smith (Daffodil Centre)
