Men's Mental Health - What's Different & What Works?

Men often experience mental health differently to women - in the way they perceive wellbeing, experience distress and how they seek and respond to help. Facilitated by a registered Counsellor, alongside key support men’s support organisations, participants will leave with a clear understanding of key themes, communication and response considerations as well, so they can effectively support their own journey, their male loved ones or clients.

We will be joined by the Rural Support Trust and Selwyn Prostate Cancer Support Group who will be there to talk about what supports are readily available.
