Begin with a grounding meditation to prepare your mind and body. Gently warm up your spine and joints with soft movement. Incorporate macebells into yogic flow for a dynamic and challenging workout. Focus on balance, hip opening, shoulder stretching, and heart opening poses with the added challenge of the macebell. Enjoy a relaxing conclusion with seated and reclined stretches for your legs and spine.
