SDNY's popular Men's Partner Yoga class will be offered every 4th Friday of each month beginning September 2024! SDNY has moved! Please note our new address beginning August 2024.

This class series is open to singles, couples, throuples, etc. and pricing is per person. We will always rotate partners throughout class. If you don't wish to participate in the group rotation, you can sign up with a partner(s) in advance to practice with the whole time. Pricing is still per person. If you need to cancel, even on the day of, please do so via email in advance and you will be refunded. No Call, No Show = No Refund. Each month will feature a different theme. See below for each month's focus and description:

BASICS & STRETCH: ON PAUSE UNTIL 2025

This rendition focuses on beginner level yoga poses with variations offered for those who seek more challenge. We’ll use each other’s bodies to enhance postures for stretching in reclined, seated, kneeling, and standing poses. We’ll also move through short flows with partners to find steady connection, communication, and confidence together. This class is great for beginner yogis, those who need more stretching activities, and those who enjoy moving at a slower pace.

November 22, 2024: TANTRA & TOUCH

**This class will not be offered in Dec 2024. We will resume in Feb 2025.

** Class time for this date will be extended from 7:30pm-9:30pm!

This rendition will focus on self love and love for others using the power of touch and massage with yoga. We'll begin with breathing together, defining boundaries for ourselves and a brief sun salutation to warm up and bring awareness and activation to our bodies before moving into group rotating partner work. This will involve sharing weight, exchanging erotic and sensual touch, and cultivating & transferring healthy sexual energy with each other. Great for people who wish to experience the power of touch to unlock the self pleasure body, and explore their roles as both givers and receivers of erotic touch. *This class will involve strong emphasis on sexual exploration and body to body contact, including the cock, balls, root and butt areas. No ejaculation or penetrative acts will be involved.
