At the Sorrento Men's Weekend Retreat you will connect with the Man you truly want to be

We’ll come together as brothers to reconnect with the essence of what it means to be a Man. Over two transformative days, you’ll step away from the noise of the today's world and dive deep into practices designed to cultivate clarity, strength, and presence:

Breathwork: Tap into the power of your breath to clear your mind, energize your body, and unlock hidden reservoirs of resilience.
Meditation: Learn to quiet the chaos and strengthen the connection to your inner compass.
Cold Water Practice: Step into discomfort, harness courage, and expand your capacity to meet life’s challenges head-on.
Journalling: Put pen to paper and create a dialogue with the parts of you that hold the wisdom you need to move forward with purpose.

When used purposefully these 4 tools WILL transform your Life

In addition to the above practices we will have

Group Sharing Circles:
Connect with other like minded Men in a safe, confidential container where you can openly share your thoughts, experiences, emotions, and challenges in a nonjudgmental environment
Fire Circle:
Express and release by writing about something that no longer serves you and ceremoniously burn it in the fire.

This weekend is about more than just self-improvement—it’s about reclaiming your edge, rediscovering your fire, and doing it in the company of Men who get it. No fluff, no BS—just real work, real growth, and real connection.

Your investment for the weekend is $250 plus booking fee.

Included:

accommodation in two-bedroom self-contained units (private bedroom, shared bathroom and living space) just a short stroll to the front beach
linen and towels
all meals excluding breakfast (minimal communal preparation and clean-up requested)
Connection with like-hearted Men.
