Sunshine Coast Men, join us for a transformative Breathwork Journey and sharing Fire Circle. We are meeting at Ninderry on Saturday 15 June 4-7pm. This event is an invitation to immerse yourself in nature's embrace and tap into the power of breath, fire, and community.

This event is by donation, with a minimum of $15.

As the day transitions into night, experience the deep benefits of guided breathwork, which can enhance mental clarity, reduce stress and foster emotional healing.

We will then gather around the fire as it crackles and glows, creating a sacred space for sharing and connection.

This ritual is designed to help you reconnect with your inner self and with others, fostering a sense of belonging and unity amongst men. Share your stories and listen to the wisdom of the circle, feeling the support and strength that comes from community.

In the tranquil setting of Ninderry surrounded by nature's beauty, you'll find a private space to explore, let go, and grow. The synergy of breathwork and the elemental power of fire will leave you feeling revitalized and grounded.
