Please join us for the second Menopause Month session, Menopause & Mental Health. Poorer mental health is often overlooked as a menopause symptom and often attributed to other life factors. Come along to this relaxed session and learn how to recognise the symptoms and manage your mental health and wellbeing with a holistic approach.

In this session, we will:

Review menopause: the stages, the symptoms and the role of hormones and their impact on mental health

List hormonal and non-hormonal treatments and summarize the reasons for using, or not using, them

Track symptoms, and maintain health and wellbeing

Reflect on what sparks joy and promotes health & wellbeing
