Menopause and perimenopause women's circle

This women’s circle for menopause and perimenopause is a safe, welcoming and serene space where we can come together to talk openly about what we’re going through. It’s a place to share our experiences, our challenges, and our wins — in a serene setting, without any judgment or pressure. 

Every gathering is a little different. Sometimes we might focus on specific topics like managing symptoms, self-care, emotional ups and downs, or finding new purpose during this phase of life. Other times, it’s simply about having real conversations, supporting each other, and knowing we’re not alone. We'll spend some time engaging in mindfulness practice and intention setting, so you'll walk out with a renewed sense of clarity and direction.

There’s no hierarchy here — every woman’s voice matters. Whether you feel like talking, listening, or just being present, you are welcome.

At its heart, this circle is about connection, understanding, and creating a space where we can feel seen, heard, and supported through every stage of this journey.
