Women’s Health Week 2024 provides a perfect time to pause and reflect on your health and wellbeing, connect with women and understand the changes our bodies are going through during menopause. Join us for our session - Menopause! Let's Talk About it!
Come along and hear from a panel of expert women about what is really happening to our bodies. Join us for a Q&A and open the doors to talking about Menopause! Share your concerns and ask questions, so we can leave more informed and filled with courage to face the changes we are experiencing.
The panel will include health professionals from various women’s health perspectives including – Women’s Doctor and ER specialist, a naturopath and women’s empowerment coach, each offering their expertise to help answer your questions.
Please join us for morning tea to provide you with personal time and an opportunity to connect with other women, followed by the formal presentations and the open discussion – it’s free, fun, with give-aways and very informative!

Let’s Meet Our Panel
Dr Archie Thota - Emergency Physician FACEM
Dr Archie Thota is an Emergency Physician who has works in Emergency Departments across Melbourne. Dr Archie joins us for this women’s forum because of her passion for women’s health as she cares for women of many backgrounds with serious illnesses.
Aida Azari from Nature Aid (www.natureaid.com.au)
Aida is passionate about naturopathy and the need to investigate and pinpoint the underlying cause. She incorporates diagnostic tests to enhance the specificity of the individualised treatment plan and the prescription process, and to monitor treatment progression and achieving the best outcomes. For women’s health Aida has a focus on PCOS, Endometriosis, PMS and Menopause.

Christina is passionate about inspiring individuals to find the leader in themselves by drawing on her expertise in helping clients move through difficult and challenging times in their lives and helping them discover their full potential. She is always grateful for every person that she meets and will stop and have a good conversation with everyone as Christina believes that all these relationships, interactions and sharing of life experiences and stories, have been instrumental in shaping our journey.

Annette is passionate about supporting health & wellbeing outcomes and the development of a sense of community and connectedness. She offers 1 to 1 coaching to accompany individuals to see their inner strengths, to plan manageable steps, and support clients every step of the way to achieve their best. Annette presents workshops on wellbeing, parenting and community development. She draws from varied life experiences including trauma counselling with LifeLine and MensLine, early childhood and primary education, Human Resources recruitment and training, business, community development, along with mentoring and coaching.
