Event description

Menopause Matters To Me
Because your wellbeing truly matters.

Join us for a supportive and practical two-part event designed to help you navigate the changes of menopause with more clarity, balance, and ease.

Enjoy two insightful and supportive sessions where you can take time for yourself, build resilience, and confidence to share.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Nourish your body and mind - with the right foods

  • Move in ways that feel good - energise and motivate yourself

  • Let go of mental overload - explore ways to manage stress

  • Create positive steps to wellness - amongst the busyness of life

These community sessions offer space to pause, reflect, and reconnect - with your health, your energy, and yourself.

Leave feeling empowered, supported, and equipped with tools you can use right away.
