Menopause Metamorphosis

We know experiencing (or the anticipation of experiencing) perimenopause and menopause can feel daunting. So Dawn (Certified Menopause Coach) from New Dawn Pilates and Yoga, Kirsty from Social Mums Club, Cath from City Cave Cleveland, Dr Natasha Reid (Behavioural Scientist) from Longevity Habits, Dr Angela (Acupuncturist & Chinese Medicine Practitioner) from Womb to World and Nicky Smit (Clinical Nutritionist) have teamed up to provide a Menopause Metamorphosis Workshop - to support women to navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence.

We've assembled this group of professionals so that you can come away feeling informed, empowered and confident about this transition.

The workshop is an open conversation about real-life experiences - the positives, negatives, the things that have helped you, and how we can use our collective knowledge so we feel more confident and proactive about this important phase of life.
