An evening for women to help you navigate menopause with confidence, knowledge, and support.

Join us for an open and informative session designed to help women better understand the physical and emotional changes that occur during menopause, and how to manage them followed by a restorative meditation and sound journey.

• Common symptoms and why they occur

• Managing hot flushes, sleep changes, mood and energy

• Nutrition, lifestyle and wellbeing strategies

• When and where to seek support

• Breaking the stigma – open conversation in a safe space

This workshop is ideal for women at any stage of menopause, as well as those wanting to learn more or support others.

Followed by a restorative self care sensory sound session with Michelle Mullins from Soul Barn

She will weave doTERRA essential oils for hormone balance and calming your nervous system into a guided meditation and sound journey.

You will be guided on a sensory journey through your body also using visualisation that will connect to different parts of your brain and stimulate new energetic pathways.

Vibrational healing or sound is a gentle yet powerful way to soothe stress and overwhelm that plagues so many of us in challenging times with busy minds and so many scattered energies fighting for our focus. This can be heightened during the shift into menopause

This event will carve out some time for you to gently pause and be and receive something musically and energetically soothing and beautiful.

Allow yourself to drift away allowing the vibrational frequency to move deeply into your cells, releasing, easing you into deep rest and rejuvenation..
