Dr Newson kick-started the menopause revolution in the UK. Founder of Newson Health, creator of the free balance menopause support app and the Confidence in Menopause course for health professionals and public and she is considered a leading expert in the holistic care of women in perimenopause and menopause.

In The Definitive Guide to the Perimenopause and Menopause, Dr Newson lays out everything women need to know to understand and reclaim their power during this stage of their life: what to expect, how to manage it, and what help is available.

Dr Kelly Teagle is GP and founder of Wellfemme, Australia’s first menopause Telehealth service.

Sonya Lovell is host of popular podcast 'Dear Menopause', Womens Health Advocate, Breast Cancer Survivor, Personal Trainer and proud Northern Beaches local.

Julie Dutton is Menopause Advocate, consultant for Menopause Friendly and early introducer of Dr Newson’s wisdom to the Beaches.
