The final session in our My Menopause Matters information series explores the impact of menopause on sex and intimacy. Learn about your sexual and reproductive anatomy, the impact of declining hormones and practical steps to find joy in sex and intimacy through the menopause transition.


By the end of this session you will be able to:

  • Recognise how menopause impacts sex & intimacy
  • Identify treatment options
  • List practical steps to find the joy, rewrite the sexual script and communicate your needs.
