Join Deborah James, Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, and Trent Saunders, Honours degree in Exercise Science and Human Movement for a practical and informative session exploring why body composition, weight and movement can change during menopause and what you can do about it.
We'll cover the key changes that can influence weight metabolism, muscle and movement through menopause, together with practical strategies around nutrition, strength, activity and lifestyle.
This session is designed to help you better understand what's happening in your body and leave with practical strategies you can start using straight away.

Trent Saunders - Honours degree in Exercise Science and Human Movement, Ultimate Conditioning
Trent Saunders is an experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach and owner of Ultimate Conditioning: Strength and Athletic Performance in Bacchus Marsh. With a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Honours) and more than 15 years of experience, including 15 years at Maribyrnong Sports Academy, Trent specialises in junior athlete development while also working extensively with adults and older adults. His approach applies evidence-based strength and athletic performance principles to help people of all ages improve strength, movement, physical capacity, resilience and overall quality of life.
