    Event description

We throw away the feather bowers and open up the conversations to our panel to discuss

“Menopause - what do we need to know? Let’s chat”

Stigma, embarrassment, and a lack of public awareness mean that for many women menopause is either born in quiet suffering or misdiagnosis. We want to be part of the change. As part of women’s health week we have invited some fabulous women to come together to share their knowledge and dispel some myths. We also invite our participants to send through questions in the lead up to the event.

Let’s shake off the stigma and enjoy sharing, whilst sipping cocktails, of course!

    Our panel includes

    • Obstetrician gynaecologist Dr Marilla Druitt,
    • Naturopath Eve Armytage
    • Psychologist Dr Frances D’Arcy-Tehan.
    • And a very exciting addition to the panel is Australian comedian and health activist, Jean Kittson.

Jean is a board member of the Australian Gynaecological Cancer Foundation, and along with her humour, she will bring her book “You’re Still hot to me, The joys of menopause”. She will have these on sale and for signing.

Your ticket includes a cocktail or mocktail on arrival and pre dinner nibbles.
