Cassandra Varga (Tormey) is a qualified Menopause Yoga™ teacher, breathwork instructor, meditation and yoga nidra facilitator and experienced functional nutrition practitioner. With a deep understanding of the physical and emotional challenges of menopause, she offers expert guidance and support. Drawing on her extensive knowledge of yoga, breathwork, and nutrition, Cassandra empowers women to navigate this life stage with grace and vitality. As a post-menopausal woman herself, she brings firsthand experience and empathy to her work.
