Event description

Menopause Yoga Workshop: A Place to Land

A gentle, evidence-based introduction to yoga for perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

Menopause is a profound transition — physical, emotional, energetic and often invisible to others.

You don’t have to navigate it alone.

This nurturing 2-hour workshop weaves evidence-based menopause education with gentle, therapeutic yoga, breath practices, restorative poses, and guided relaxation. You’ll learn practical tools to help regulate your nervous system, improve symptom understanding, and support your overall wellbeing.

What’s included:
• Opening sharing circle (optional — listen or contribute)
• Evidence-based information on common symptoms and supportive lifestyle tools
• Gentle yoga movement to release tension and support mobility
• Restorative yoga with props to calm the nervous system
• Optional hands-on massage in the poses
• Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation designed to restore energy and balance)

You will leave with:
• More clarity around what’s happening in your body
• Practical tools you can use at home
• A sense of being seen, heard, and supported

This workshop is for you if you're experiencing:
• Perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause
• Fatigue, overwhelm, stress, sleep changes, or mood fluctuations
• A desire for community, connection, and compassionate understanding

No yoga experience is required. Every body is welcome.

About your teacher:
Kimberley has been teaching yoga for more than 30 years and has recently trained in Menopause Yoga with Niamh Daly (Yinstinct Yoga), author of Menopause Yoga & Beyond. Her teaching is gentle, trauma-aware, and grounded in up-to-date menopause research and lived experience.

This workshop also acts as an introduction to her upcoming Menopause Yoga Series beginning in February. If you enjoy this session, you’ll be invited to join the program.

Give yourself permission to slow down, listen inward, and be supported.
