Do you have a short fuse? Are you constantly cracking the shits at your partner and kids? Can you not stand being wrong? These are all traits that I struggled with for multiple years of my life. I was constantly hurting people with behaviour and communication, living in a place of guilt and victimhood. I was fucking angry and didn't know why.

When I hold onto anger, it eats away at me, affecting my mood, my relationships, and even my physical health.Through therapy I curbed my anger into better behaviour and communication but i still had the feeling of anger inside. It was when I found Breathwork that I released the anger and stored emotions that built up over years of undigested circumstances.

Allowing anger to accumulate doesn't just negatively impact others through our reactions and poor decisions, it also takes a toll on ourselves. Its effects ripple through consequences, manifesting in health problems—both physical and mental—straining relationships, and even leading to self-harm. At this event, you're granted the freedom to safely express your anger within a controlled setting.

We hold a structured process of bringing you (the attendees) to a point of releasing anger. This technique is designed to channel and release intense emotions in a safe and controlled environment.

We begin the process with structured breathing techniques, increasing intensity with movement, bringing you to a point of releasing. Once the release process concludes, we integrate you by calming the nervous system using elements such as sound and meditation.

There are many more elements to this process that create a safe environment in which we will go through on the night.

With this process of releasing anger and built up emotions you get the chance to finally let out what's been brewing inside. You will feel as though there's a weight thats been lifted off your shoulders. It's a chance to process what's bothering you, understand why your feeling that way, and then move forward with a clearer mind.
