Mens Breathwork with Beyond Conscious

This men’s breathwork session is a chance to step away from the noise, switch off from life’s daily pressures, and take back control of your peace in a powerful way.If life’s been feeling heavy, chaotic, or you’ve been stuck in your head — this session is for you.Through guided breathwork, you’ll:

Reset your nervous system
• Release built-up stress and emotion
• Regain clarity, calm, and control
• Reconnect to the strength that’s within

This session will provide a real, practical way to help you feel better in your body and your mind.

You’ll walk out clearer, stronger, and show up as better man in your life.

What to expect:
Through this breathwork journey we will begin with a series of different breathing techniques designed to drop you into to a meditative state. Then through the power of rhythmic breathing start to release stagnant energy, emotion, anger, sadness, old beliefs anything that may be running rampant in your life or holding you back and after some integration finish with a meditation leaving you feeling empowered and ready to take on the week.
