Mens Council 5th February

We start by bringing in fire to our circle the old way with the hand drill and everyone's participation is important. Then we go through a guided breathing practice after which you'll have the option to visit the ice bath if you're feeling it! We then sit around the sacred fire and every man has the opportunity to share what's on his heart after which we feast like kings! Feel free to bring a plate or contribute with the purchase of a ticket, or a combination of both.
