Event description
Society has become a complicated place for men. The characteristics you were once rewarded for are now demonised in many circles. Your once clear purpose to provide and protect for your family is less defined.
Where does that leave you?
What is it to be a "man" these days?
How can you rediscover a healthy masculinity?
How can you optimise your relationships with the opposite sex?
We have seen the imbalance and disconnect between women and men individually and together in today's society. These events are our way of rediscovering the right balance of femininity and masculinity within you, helping you create healthier and more fulfilling relationships. There are many breathwork events out there what is special about ours? A small group so you don't have to feel lost or intimidated by 100's of people in a room, max of 16 per event. The event is held by a Stivka and Nadia representing both the masculine and the feminine. Why is this important? Because it is a representation of how the outside world will work. If you can connect and be yourself here you are well set up to keep doing the same when the event ends.

We have swapped our ice for fire with Cold & conscious & Phoenix The rebirth,
The Phoenix is born in the fires of passion and inspiration. The story goes that there is only ever one Phoenix at a time. Once it has lived out its life, it returns to the fire from which it came by building itself a nest and setting itself ablaze with flames from the sun. Once the fire burns down to embers, a new Phoenix rises from the ashes – better than the one before.
This experience is that fire. It is the catalyst to help push you into the next version of yourself. To burn away what is holding you back so that like the Phoenix, you too can rise again, better than ever and into your greatness.
