This is a FREE session designed for men who want to be part of the solution and lead by example in their communities.
The Breaking the Cycle of Violence is a safe, inclusive space where men can:
Learn about the different forms of family, domestic, and sexual violence (FDSV)
Recognise early signs of harmful behaviour
Understand how to safely intervene before things escalate
Reflect on what it means to be a positive male role model
Led by an experienced facilitator, this free 1-hour session offers an opportunity for education, reflection, and practical strategies in a respectful and judgement-free environment.
Whether you're attending for personal growth, greater awareness, or to support someone else, this session will provide valuable tools to help break the cycle of violence.
