This evening will see you be guided through foundational polarity teachings as we discuss practical ways you can relate with your current or future partner in the ways that serve you both.

We will dive into some Masculine Embodiment / breath practices.

After that we will discuss some relational dynamics and theory, then there will be the opportunity for mini bites of coaching. No conversation is off the table - everything is welcome including topics of a sexual nature.

For 25 years Bree has been deeply immersed in the fields of psychosomatics, trauma, mindset and human relationships. Her passion is helping people ignite the spark of intimacy love and devotion in relationships, through polarity teachings and deep ritual.

She offers private 1:1 sessions and runs in-person and online workshops using embodiment as a lens to self guided & relational healing. A highly respected facilitator, Bree draws on her extensive training as a trauma informed Clinical Hypnotherapist and Tantric teachings of the Kashmiri lineage. She has studied with many world class coaches & facilitators including her current teacher Intimacy & Embodiment Coach Michaela Boehm.
