“Do want to brush off the dust and troubles of the year, declutter and forge a renewed vision that cultivates wellbeing for yourself, loved ones, friends and community?" That’s what our summer Men’s Retreat is for (29Nov-1Dec). Its run by men, for men, with the sole aim of improving your well-being in a difficult and complex world. It's a space created by experienced facilitators who understand the unique challenges we face. Our motivation is simple: to create a space where men can grow, heal, and connect. There are no hidden agendas or commercial interests. We believe that when men support each other, everyone benefits. Its not just investing in yourself. You have the opportunity to become also becoming part of a lineage of men who recognize their duty to support and guide others. Its an attitude an intention to pay it forward.

Our first retreat was in July this year, with 16 men attending. The results were encouraging with all feeling that they achieved good results and enjoyed it. More please they said. Ben Hughes, co-founder of fastest growing men’s group The Men’s Table said this:-

The retreat incorporates a variety of activities designed to promote growth and reflection and growth, and includes men's circles, forest walks, yoga, sound baths, and the unique Wisdom Stone Journey. Paddy Murray and David Reynolds, skilled facilitators with extensive experience in men's work and counselling lead the retreat.

This retreat is for men seeking change and wanting a place that can help with that. You are prepared to explore new perspectives and connect with like-minded men You're someone who is open to sharing your thoughts and feelings, comfortable working in a group setting, and eager to learn and grow.

Dates: Friday, November 29th - Sunday, December 1st. Start 5pm, coming early any time Frid is welcome. End 3pm Sund.

Travel: Car transport required. Launceston is the nearest airport and is 2 hours by car to Dorje Ling. Ride sharing available.
Accommodations: A variety of huts and cabins with shared toilet and shower facilities

Food: Vegetarian meals provided, with the option to accommodate dietary restrictions
Cost: $357 Based on costs plus a small surplus to support future retreats
