Men's Weekly Breathwork & Check In Session ONLINE

The event is held online via Google Meets.

The Check-In Session is a space for men from anywhere to check in about what's going on for them that day, week or month.

The experience has been built around fostering ‘active listening’, with participants encouraged to share as much or as little as they choose.

Details:

• Time: 7:00-8pm (approx.) 
  • The start time is set for 7:00 to allow time to eat beforehand, and not have to rush from work and life commitments.
• Bring a water bottle
• NOTE: Google Meets link will also be emailed on the day of the event.
• Try to get there on time. Because of the nature of the space, it may not be possible to enter the Zoom room if you arrive after 7:15pm.
• Join the online event at 7pm Tuesday nights (Attendees will be invited to the meeting on the day of the event.)
