Mens Fire Circles have been a way to connect since the dawn of time and yet, we have lost that very connection in a time we need it most.

On the first friday of every month we will be hosting Mens Fire Circles to create that connection of brotherhood.

These Fire Circles include:

Fire- Sit around a fire with like minded men where we can open our heart, share our fears we are experiencing at the moment and let go of what is not serving anymore.
Ice Bath- submerge yourself in a whole different type of challenge by jumping in the cold and realising how strong your mindset is.
BBQ- Meat and Bone broth to feed and warm the body.
Breathwork- lay down and connect into the present and feel the power of breath.
Conscious Connection & Banter- even with all the health & wellbeing stuff, there is always time to have fun
