We invite all men committed and new to the inner work to experience a heart centred full day retreat to reconnect, reflect and recharge. Give yourself the gift of deepening the connection with yourself, each other and the living world around us.

We will offer from embodied experience only, as we have created a flow for this day, which takes the absolutely best from our individual offerings. 

This full day journey will enrich and deepen your work and is also guaranteed to give you fresh perspectives that will facilitate insights and create the inner space for breakthroughs to follow. 

We have some engaging and profound workshops and processes ready for you, woven together with integration practices and great food. 

Familiar practices brought to you from a deeper place and with fresh perspectives, revealing new layers for you to work with as we deepen our work again and again.
