    Pranayama is a science developed by ancient Yogis to master one of the most powerful forces of the Universe: Prana. By mastering Prana yoga practitioners have the opportunity to experience higher states of consciousness, allowing them to realise the whole dimension of their existence.

    This 5 week course is an opportunity to bring a deeper understanding to these practices, as well as gaining practical tools to improve the quality of your life, control your nervous system, increase wellbeing and advance in your spiritual journey.

    With a mix of theory and practice, this training is for yoga practitioners and teachers, and anyone looking to increase their wellbeing or advance in their spiritual growth.

    You will learn: 

    1. How to harness the power of Prana
    2. How to benefit from Pranayama practices
    3. The Energy Body, Nadis and Chakras
    4. The Physiology of Breathing (How to breathe properly)
    5. The Nervous System and the Breath
    6. Conscious Breathing Techniques
    7. Breath Awareness Meditation
    8. Breathing techniques to control Nervous System (stress, anxiety, depression)
    9. The power of Mantras combined with Pranayama
    10. Types of Pranayamas
    11. Nadi Shodana Pranayama
    • Beginners Practice
    • Medium Practice
    • Advance Practice

    It includes:

    • Access to a private Facebook group to access additional resources and to share your progress
    • 5 x 2 hour online sessions delivered via Zoom. Sessions will be recorded and can be replayed in the private Facebook group
    • You can join the live sessions or the recorded classes available after each class

    Notes:

    • No refunds option available
    • This 5 week course doesn’t provide any qualification or training to teach Pranayama. All the learnings received are to expand your knowledge, to improve your own practice and are not to be shared with anyone else. A formal training and qualification is needed to promote yourself as a Pranayama Teacher or to offer any Pranayama services.

    The session will be delivered via Zoom. So please consider the following:

    • For a better experience we recommend you use your computer
    • Check your camera is on and your speaker and microphone are working
    • Test the zoom link (below) in advance, be online at least 15 minutes earlier
    • Check your Zoom software in advance and install any require updates
    • Please find a quiet and comfortable place, away from distractions
