Event description

Join Bhante Kovida for an insightful and transformative class exploring the mental defilements (Kleshas) that cloud the mind and the transcendent qualities embodied by the Buddha. In this session, we will delve into the nature of defilements such as greed, hatred, and delusion, understanding how they influence our thoughts, actions, and overall well-being. We will examine the defilements and their relationship to the qualities of the Buddha.

The class will include a short meditation, a Dharma talk, and a Q & A session.

This class is suitable for both beginners and those with experience. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice or simply learn more about the mind’s role in suffering and liberation, this session will offer practical tools for personal transformation and spiritual growth.
