Mental Fitness at Work: Switching Off and Showing Up
Description
Do you leave work but find your mind stays there?
Join Michelle Hasani, 2024 HCANZA Health & Wellness Coach of the Year, for a relaxed after-work session on mental fitness.
You'll learn to recognise the thinking patterns and habits that keep you wired after hours and drain your energy and focus.
You'll also try a simple practice to reset between work and home, connect with others who lead and work in Prospect, and leave with practical tools to help you thrive at work and at home.
Why come along
A small group. Places are limited to 20, so there's room for real conversation.
Practical and relaxed. You'll try a reset you can use at your desk, in the car or at your front door.
A fresh way to look at switching off. Many capable, conscientious people struggle to switch off because of their strengths. You'll explore how that happens and what helps.
Local connection. Meet other professionals, leaders and business owners who work in and around Prospect.
Part of Be Well Prospect 2026, the City of Prospect's month of activities helping our community connect, learn, move and thrive.
