This session will focus on understanding and recognising signs of distress, enhancing communication about mental health challenges, managing stress, encouraging self-care and promoting help-seeking.
This session will run for 3 hours, beginning with a 30-minute story-sharing and Q&A segment led by a CALD volunteer in a culturally sensitive manner. This is followed by 2.5 hours of Do NO Harm training, where participants delve into each principle and engage in meaningful discussions about safe and effective communication. This approach provides practical tools to build resilience, improve communication, and promote emotional wellbeing.
