Join us for the start of NZ Mental Health Awareness Week for a restorative forest bathing experience with Benni Bonnin at Tōtara Park. Together, we'll slow down, connect with nature, engage our senses, and explore the wellbeing benefits of spending mindful time in one of our local parks.

This guided session will encourage participants to deepen their connection with the natural world, discover local biodiversity, and experience the calming effects of Tāmaki Makaurau's native ngahere.

Meeting point: Near the main carpark on Wairere Road.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for introductions and a prompt start.

Health and Safety: Please note that some parts of the reserve are on uneven ground, with areas that are not well-formed tracks and may include short off-track sections. Participants should have a good level of mobility and be comfortable walking on natural surfaces. Suitable footwear is recommended.
