Mental Health Camp

Triple J Family Services is facilitating a mental health camp! Each group of kids and adolescents will be spending each day immersed in learning strategies for coping with big feelings and challenges in interpersonal relationships. From sound baths to mindfulness yoga to cooking classes, we will help our attendees learn different ways to cope with challenging emotions. Each day will include a continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks. Trained therapists will be the camp counselor to ensure that these expereinces are noteworthy.
