Register to attend Mental Health First Aid, a 2-day course offered fee-free and exclusive to HMAS Albatross and HMAS Creswell personnel. Learn how to apply mental health first aid across a range of common mental health problems and crisis situations, including:

Depression
Anxiety
Psychosis
Substance use problems
Suicidal thoughts & behaviours
Panic attacks
Non suicidal self-injury
Traumatic events
