1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental illness between 18 and 65. Most of us will be around someone who's struggling at some point - a colleague who isn't themselves, a mate who's gone quiet, a friend who says they're fine but clearly isn't.

This course gives you the skills to actually show up in those moments. Not as a therapist - just as someone who knows what to say and where to point people.

You'll walk away with:

• 3 year nationally recognised certification as a MHFAer + manual & resources

• Skills to recognise the early signs that someone is struggling

• Skills and framework to have a conversation — even when it feels hard

• Skills to provide initial support in a mental health crisis

• Ability to connect people to the right help at the right time

It's blended — short eLearning modules in your own time, then one full day live online with me!
