SHBS Staff - Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid Training – December 2025

We’re offering accredited Standard Mental Health First Aid training to SHBS staff to help build a mentally healthy workplace.

This course equips adults with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise, understand, and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis—whether it’s a friend, family member, colleague, student or another adult.

Facilitators for this 2-day training series are Dr Ashlee Field and Dr Joshua Farragher.

To participate, you must be available for both Tuesday 2nd December and Wednesday 3rd December, between 9am - 5pm.
