Mental Health First Aid at the Nowra VWC
Event description
Register to attend Mental Health First Aid, a 2-day course offered fee-free and catered to those caring for or working with current and/or former serving ADF personnel and their families. Learn how to apply mental health first aid across a range of common mental health problems and crisis situations, including:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Psychosis
- Substance use problems
- Suicidal thoughts & behaviours
- Panic attacks
- Non suicidal self-injury
- Traumatic events
