Dianne Pepicelli is a Principal Master Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a counsellor and a Grief First Aid Trainer who specialises in designing and facilitating mental health & wellbeing programs in workplaces and online for organisations and businesses across Australia.

Di is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and believes that education in Mental Health provides the skills for early intervention and support. Her specialised training equips your team with the skills to recognise, respond to and support colleagues experiencing mental health challenges or navigating grief and loss.

Di's strength lies in her capability to establish genuine connections and relationships with participants using real-life stories and personal experiences, making the content relevant and engaging. Her extensive knowledge and approachable manner create an inclusive and respectful atmosphere, allowing participants to feel heard and valued during training sessions.

‘Delivering such deep content would be difficult for many instructors to keep the students engaged whilst also trying to keep the content as light as possible without taking away the seriousness of the material. Dianne not only delivered this course with extreme expertise but also ensured that all the participants went away feeling cared for and able to ask open and honest questions without feeling embarrassed or judged. Highly recommend Dianne as a Mental Health First Aid instructor,’ said one participant.

Dianne’s qualifications in Training and Assessment, Counselling, Business, Leadership and Management provide her with the ability to deliver accredited and non-accredited training in a personalised way.
