This in-person course equips you with the skills to recognise signs of mental health challenges, offer initial support, and connect people with professional help, using proven, research-backed strategies. Walk away with the confidence to lead tough conversations and a nationally recognised certificate valid for 3 years.

2 day course - Thursday 2 & Friday 3 October, 8.30am - 4.30pm each day.
Delivered in person by metal health and wellbeing specialists, Outback Futures. Our licenced instructor is Matt Bates.

$250 per person.
