Mental Health First Aid Training
Event description
Corowa District Landcare are providing free, 2-day mental health first aid training for community members.
This is an accredited training course that is recognised for 3 years and focuses on providing the skills to have mental health conversations with people who are becoming unwell or in crisis. The course also looks at risk and protective factors within a community and how we can start to address these.

Participants will receive a Mental Health First Aid Manual.
Training runs over two full days, so please ensure you're able to commit to attending both.
Please note, this is a 12-hour educational course, not a therapy or support group.

Time: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (both days)
