Emma is a Master Instructor and has been working in the Industry delivering this workshop for many years.
Her experience in and out of the classroom has allowed her to get a deep and first hand experience in the Mental Health space.
The workshop will be interactive while you learn the knowledge about what Mental Health First Aid is and how to support someone that is going through some or multiple forms of Mental Health challenges.
Learn a skill for life - And feel confident to help and advise someone that needs your assistance.
Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon tea are provided thanks to Active Fitness Medowie.
Tea and Coffee station will be available as well as water and juice.
Dietary requirements will need to be advised.
