Join us for a 2-day Mental Health First Aid training course and gain the essential skills to recognise and support those experiencing mental health challenges. Just like traditional first aid equips us to respond to physical emergencies, this course provides you with the knowledge and confidence to assist someone facing a mental health crisis or problem, until professional help is received or the situation stabilises.
