- Signs of suicide and having conversations to support getting professional help

- Goal setting, budgeting and planning for FIFO life

- Sleep and Fatigue management in FIFO

- Types of stress, Toxic masculinity, problem solving and Resilience skills

- Keeping relationships together as a FIFO

- Looking after yourself - self-care- and essential items to take on FIFO shifts

- Resources available to support your Mental Health as a FIFO

6 x hours of research, evidence based training to prepare workers for FIFO work, and achieve compliance with the new Psychosocial Laws in Queensland. 

8.30am - 3pm - includes snacks and lunch, promises to be interesting, interactive and information packed.
